Your Travel Astu representative will facilitate your departure from Rishikesh. Wind through the lush foothills, passing the scenic Tehri Dam region, to reach Barkot, the gateway to the Yamuna Valley.

Drive to Jankichatti and begin a 5 km trek to the Yamunotri Temple. Offer prayers at the source of the river and visit the holy Surya Kund. Return to Barkot by evening.
