Day to day itinerary
Welcome to Sarawak! Upon landing at Kuching International Airport, a warm welcome awaits you from your dedicated Travel Astu representative, who will escort you via private vehicle to your hotel for check-in. Once refreshed, begin your Bornean exploration at the beautiful Kuching Waterfront. This buzzing riverside promenade features a perfect mix of colonial-era architecture, local street food, and gorgeous views of the Sarawak River.
From here, journey to the award-winning Sarawak Cultural Village. Spread across a lush 17-acre site, this "living museum" showcases meticulously replicated traditional longhouses representing Sarawak’s major indigenous groups, including the Iban, Bidayuh, Orang Ulu, and Melanau.
