Explore some of the historical sites around Hauz Khas, which are just meters away from Kunzum Travel Cafe. Hauz Khas (meaning "royal tank") gets its name from the 13th century reservoir there, which now has a paved walking track around it. Of note are the remains of a fort, a 14th century madrasa (an institution for Islamic learning), mosque, and tomb of Firuz Shah (who ruled over the Sultanate of Delhi from 1351 to 1388). The setting is particularly picturesque at dusk.
