Detailed Day by Day Itinerary
Morning/Afternoon: Arrival & Private Airport Transfer (DXB) - As per morning flight fly to Dubai from Delhi. Welcome meet and greet at DXB airport. Direct transfer to the hotel by Travel Astu staff.
Afternoon: Hotel Check-in & Free Time - Check-in Hotel. Time for relaxation, settling in, and connecting with the group. Enjoy this beautiful hotel and nearby yourself.
Evening: Dinner at Hotel / Local Restaurant (Optional) - Option to have dinner at one of the many restaurants in Bur Dubai or a dedicated group dinner at the hotel. (Dinner is not included in your plan for today)
Morning (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM): Half-Day Conference Session - Utilize the hotel's conference facilities. Includes coffee/tea breaks as arranged with the hotel. (Included)
Lunch: Lunch at the hotel or a nearby restaurant (not included).
Afternoon (1:00 PM - 5:00 PM): Free Time / Preparation - Time for delegates to relax, prepare for the evening, or have informal meetings.
Evening (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM): Marina Dhow Cruise with Dinner - Private AC Coach transfer from hotel to Dubai Marina. Enjoy a scenic cruise on a traditional wooden dhow with a buffet dinner and background music, offering stunning views of the Dubai Marina skyline. (Included: Cruise, Dinner, Private Transfers)

Afternoon (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM): Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner - Private 4x4 Land Cruisers/AC Coach transfer to the desert (Dune Bashing may require smaller vehicles, arranged privately). Experience dune bashing, camel rides, sandboarding, and cultural performances (Belly Dance, Tanoura Show) followed by a delicious BBQ Dinner at a Bedouin-style camp. (Included: Desert Safari, BBQ Dinner, Private Transfers)
Morning (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM): Half-Day Dubai City Tour - AC Coach for a comprehensive city tour. Key photo stops/visits: Jumeirah Beach (view of Burj Al Arab), Palm Jumeirah Islands, Atlantis The Palm, Dubai Marina, and a drive-through of Old Dubai areas Sheikh Zayed Road to see world’s tallest skyscrapers, the Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, Dubai Marina, Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Battuta Mall, and the Dubai Frame.
Lunch Break: Lunch at a preferred location (not included).
Afternoon/Evening (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM): Burj Khalifa - At The Top (124th Floor, Non-Prime Time) - AC Coach transfer to Dubai Mall. Visit the observation deck for panoramic city views. Followed by viewing the spectacular Dubai Fountain Show. (Included: Non-Prime Time Entry Ticket, Private Transfers)
