Day-to-Day Expedition Program
Your Himalayan journey begins as you touch down at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport. A Travel Astu representative will greet you and provide a seamless transfer to your hotel. To ensure a safe and successful trip, today is strictly for full-day rest. We recommend hydrating well and relaxing to allow your body to adjust to the 3,500m altitude.

On the way back, we stop at the Shey Palace, the former summer capital of the region.

Bid farewell to Leh as we drive toward the Nubra Valley. Conquer the legendary Khardung La Pass (18,390 ft), historically celebrated as the highest motorable road in the world. Descend into the "Valley of Flowers" and check into your luxury camp nestled amongst the silver dunes.
